Using the VOS app, you can easily book a service request with a skilled professional. Once the request is booked, a qualified service provider will be dispatched to complete the task, and you can track the status of the request in real-time.

How do I book a service through VOS?

To book a service through VOS, simply download our app and create an account. From there, you can browse the available services. Remember, at VOS you do not buy the service, only the hours that give you access to all service areas.
Once you have purchased PAYU Hours or a Subscription, you can make a service request that best fits your needs.

What is the cost of using VOS?

The cost of using VOS varies depending on the service request made, but we charge €22/ hour of service. We strive to offer competitive pricing for all of our services.

What payment methods does VOS accept?

VOS accepts major credit and debit cards as payment for services rendered. We use Stripe to process all payments, meaning we also accept Google Pay, Samsung Pay, and all other contactless payment methods.
